Cookie Policy

Unlike most modern websites, GeneratePass does not store cookies or track you across the web. Here is what that means:
1. Advertising Cookies
To keep our toolkit free and support development, we may display ads through Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements based on your visits to this and other websites. These cookies allow Google and its partners to analyze traffic and tailor ad delivery.
You can control or disable cookie usage via your web browser's privacy controls or manage personalized ad preferences through Google's Ad Settings portal.
2. Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage database (localStorage) to persist your theme preference (such as light or dark mode) so that it remains active between visits. This is purely structural and is not sent back to our server or used for profiling.
3. Session States
Temporary states (such as options checked in the generator, or text inputted inside the hashes converter) exist solely inside standard JS variable allocations. This memory disappears entirely the moment you close the tab or reload the window.
4. Managing Storage
You can clear local storage data at any time through your browser's settings dashboard. Doing so will simply reset the site layout preferences to default light/dark settings.
