By using GeneratePass, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully before accessing the toolkit.
1. Acceptance of Terms
GeneratePass provides static website tools for generating and auditing passwords. Accessing our software indicates you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2. Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these tools for individual or organization security audits, password generation, and hash estimations. You must not attempt to overload the static file hosting servers or use automated scrapers to abuse the site interfaces.
3. No Warranties
The tools are provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. While we strive to follow modern cryptographic recommendations (e.g. CSPRNG), GeneratePass does not guarantee that generated passwords or hash calculations are completely infallible or secure against future technological improvements.
4. Limitation of Liability
GeneratePass and its creators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or breaches resulting from the use of passwords generated by our tools, or data leakage on third-party services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with the toolkit will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
